No. form4 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. If you deposit RM100, the full RM100 goes into your gaming account. That said, some eWallet providers or banks may charge a small fee on their end – this is a third-party policy and not a form4 charge.

Withdrawal 5

To make a withdrawal, log in to your form4 account and go to the Wallet or Withdrawal. Select your preferred withdrawal method (local bank or eWallet), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Please ensure the account holder name on your bank account or eWallet matches the name registered on your form4 account to avoid any delays.

  • eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay): 15 minutes – 2 hours
  • DuitNow: 30 minutes – 3 hours
  • Local Banks (Maybank, CIMB, etc.): 3 – 24 business hours

The minimum withdrawal at form4 is RM50 per withdrawal request. form4 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, please ensure that any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met before making a withdrawal – balances tied to bonus conditions cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

There are several common reasons why a withdrawal may be rejected:
